HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT
Stull and Lee, Inc. was hired by The Community Builders, a nationally prominent non profit housing developer and the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford to prepare a master plan and preliminary architectural designs for 202 units of mixed income housing.
The new housing replaced a deteriorated public housing complex using federal HOPE VI project funding.
With current residents and a neighborhood advisory council providing input, the resulting development is a mixture of townhouses and flats that are a contemporary interpretation of familiar Hartford housing types.
The Houses at Dutch Point as the new development is known is a mix of affordable and market rate units.
