Stull and Lee is the lead consultant in a multi-disciplinary team that is preparing a strategic master plan for the Roxbury neighborhood in Boston. It is a comprehensive, community-driven plan developed with the Boston Redevelopment Authority. The plan focuses on four key elements: quality of life, housing, economic development and transportation. The planning process includes extensive meetings with a smaller working group supplemented by a series of community-wide public presentations. The goal is to produce a strategic planning framework to guide future development in this vital urban neighborhood. As a component of the plan, detailed land use and urban design guidelines are being developed for specific priority sites and focus areas.
