The Houses at Dutch Point

Stull and Lee, Inc. was comissioned by The Community Builders, a nation- ally prominent non profit housing developer and the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford to prepare a master plan and preliminary architectural designs for 202 units of mixed income housing. The new housing will replace the deteriorating Dutch Point housing complex using federal HOPE VI project funding.

With current residents and a neighborhood advisory council providing input, the resulting plan is a mixture of townhouses and flats that are a contemporary interpretation of familiar Hartford housing types.
