Colonial Village

Stull and Lee was the winner of a competition held by the Norwalk, Connecticut Housing Department for the final portion of the phased redevelopment of the Colonial Village public housing. The project creates 48 units of new construction to complement the existing to-be-renovated 320 units, on an undeveloped field adjacent to wetlands.

The design arranges free-standing two- and three-bedroom townhouses around a “village green” served by a serpentine road with public gardens punctuating the parallel parking.
